Eastern Europe Menu


Our class is visiting Eastern Europe tonight.  Here is our menu:

Gulyás (Hungarian Goulash)

Lecso (tomato and green pepper ragout)

Srski Ajvar (Serbian Vegetable Caviar)
Székely Gulyás (Transylvanian Goulash)
