Garde Manger Class

One of the current classes is Garde Manger.  As a part of the class they make the seven families of Hors d oeuvres.  Here is one from last nights class.

Herbed pâté brise base, garlic herb butter smear, corn and red onion hash, candied bacon shard. By @xzacktprihoda.
