Chaine des Rotisseurs, Haak Vineyards, Professionals in Culinary Arts Scholarship Winners

Each year the Alvin College Culinary Arts program awards several scholarships.  This spring we made the following awards

Crystal Lewis was awarded the Chaine des Rostisseurs Scholarship.  Crystal is shown with Chef Leslie Bartosh, CEC, FMP, program chair,  Chef Bartosh is the Conseiller Culinaire Provincial for the Southwest region of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.

Ice Carving and Family and Friends Night, 2017

Each spring as our students finish their two semesters of lab classes we have an event to thank their families and our "friends of the program" for their support.  The photos that follow show some of the work the students did while carving ice and their finished products.
